A Lovely Vintage Mirror
I just love this old mirror I found at our local Habitat for Humanity ReStore. The lovely lines and beautiful wood caught my eye right away. I quickly decided it was too pretty to leave behind and scooped it into my arms before another lucky customer spotted it! I'm not sure where it will "land" in our home, but for now, I'm enjoying it in our family room. Our vibrant green family room...don't be afraid...that's all about to change soon with a few gallons of paint!
Do you have a favorite vintage find? I'd love to know.

The mirror is really lovely and looks beautiful on your mantle. A great find!!
ReplyDeleteThat looks great! Awesome thrift score.
ReplyDeleteThe mirror looks lovely on your mantel-scape! And I love the green - very vibrant.
ReplyDeleteI don't have a lot of vintage finds. Our friends gave us a huge wooden trunk. It belonged to a nun. Someone transformed it with scenes of Cleveland on the outside. It's really neat. We store sheet music inside. We also rescued some old instruments (this is all for our piano room) including an old bass and trumpet.
Jane, the wooden trunk sounds wonderful--I love items with a story! BTW...your jazz night post has me thinking about signing my sweeties up for piano lessons.
ReplyDeletePolka, love the mirror and the green! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Scott!
ReplyDeleteIt looks beautiful right there!
ReplyDeleteAlways love a great find:))
