Menu Planning Monday. March 19

A little treasure from an antique store in Summerville, SC

Hello! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! Ours was lots if fun! My daughter had a slumber party.  While the girls were busy dancing, singing, and laughing, I got to snuggle up with my son and watch a movie.

I've avoided it for to long---I must get all my business tax stuff together this week. That's the big thing on my "To Do" List!

Here's what's cooking in my kitchen this week! I've decided to go back to some of our old favorites! My group of college buddies created our own cookbook ages ago. It's a great source for tried and true recipes. When I'm missing my best friends, it's always nice to be able to cook some of their favorite recipes. Makes me feel like they are not so far away.

Monday- Apple Spinach Salad with Homemade Garlic Cheese Biscuits.
Tuesday- Greek Crock-Pot Chicken and salad.
Wednesday- leftovers
Thursday- Chicken Spinach Enchiladas. Serve with black beans and salad.
Friday- order take out?
Saturday- Grilled Salmon with Orzo Salad and garlic bread.
Sunday - leftovers

I included links where I could find the recipes on the web. Maybe I'll take photos and create a few blog posts for the others:)

What are you planning to make this week? I'd love to know!
xoxo Elizabeth

  2. I almost finished my taxes this weekend and every year I wonder why I wait so long. It's really not that difficult; I just don't like it. Go get 'em!
