Monday- Sweet and Spicy Bacon Chicken from Full Bellies, Happy Kids. Serve with broccoli and potatoes.
Tuesday- Tuscan Vegetable Soup from Cooking Channel. Serve with salad and garlic bread..
Wednesday- Leftovers from Monday
Thursday- Penne with Artichokes from Chicho's Kitchen. Serve with salad.
Friday - School Event=No Cooking (hooray!)
Saturday-Sleepover at our house--order pizza.
Sunday- Vegetarian "Meat"loaf from Branny Boils Over. Serve with peas and carrots.
So here it is...my little plan for the week!

I love it, Elizabeth! I meal plan for the week also. I love looking around at other moms' meal plans for ideas. I have not figured out how to link the recipes. We are having: Sun-Meatloaf & Mashed Potatoes, Mon-Sausage & Pepper soup, Tue-Crock Pot Sesame Chicken, Wed-Mac & Cheese, Thu-Meatball Subs & Fri-Pizza night. I never plan Sat night...we either cook or go out. Bon Appetit!

ReplyDeleteCrockpot Sesame Chicken
ReplyDelete2 1bs. skinless, boneless chicken thighs.
1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a bowl and pour over chicken.Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours or on high 3 or 4. Serves 4 - 6.
I will serve with brown rice & broccoli :)

Elizabeth, the pasta was a total hit so simple yet so tasty and easy to make which is another bonus!! I did it with garlic ciabatta bread sooooo good!
