Finding Time to Paint

Hello, I've missed you all! We went to the Outer Banks for Spring Break. My parents and my sister and her 3 boys came too! So much fun!
Take away school projects, after school activities, & errands ...add sunshine, water, & bike rides... and I suddenly remember who I am.  I always want to paint on vacation.  (Of course, I never bring my supplies.) Now that we are home, I'm going to try to paint more often. Would you like to see? It's just a little 6x6. I studied a Winslow Homer to "brush up" on my skills. I've always liked his bright paintings from his time in Bermuda.

Hope you all are having a happy day!
xo Elizabeth

Thanks, Katy! When I was teaching, I learned all sorts of ways to save money! Microwave dinner trays make perfect palettes!
