Menu Plan Monday. May 21st or "May I just eat Snickers Ice Cream Bars for dinner , please?"

Happy Monday, Lovely Readers! I'm so glad you all are here!

First of all, I'd like to ask, "May I just eat Snickers Ice Cream Bars for dinner , please?". Yes, I'm that kind of girl. I could skip meals and just eat sweets all day long. Raising children has made me more healthy. They even tease me about being "SO Healthy"... like it's a crime! (I stash chocolate bars and ice cream and enjoy them when they are not looking. So bad, I know!) 

Here's what's cooking in my kitchen this week:
Monday- -Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos with salad and fresh fruit.
Tuesday- Autumn Chopped Salad  with Cheesy Garlic Biscuits.
Wednesday- leftovers
Thursday- Coconut Chicken with Apricot Sauce with Green Peas
Friday- dinner out with my girlfriends
Saturday- Southwestern Meatballs with Black Bean Salsa. Serve with rice & lime wedges.
Sunday- leftovers

I hope you all have a great week! I'll be busy adding new ponytail holders to my shop! I'm loving my new Sis Boom fabric! What do you have planned? I'd love to know! (I'd also like to know if you have a secret chocolate stash... it will make me feel better!:)

  1. I am the exact same way. If Dr. Pepper and Chocolate were health foods, I would be the queen of healthy eating! I am going right now to check out southwestern meatballs. That meal sounds yummy!

  2. Katy, I always think of you when I see Dr. Pepper (and Sonic!) Try the meatballs. Everything I've made from Branny Boils Over has been really good!
